Richard Hettinger is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy, reorganizations and insolvency matters and also represents clients in related areas, including state court litigation and commercial transactions. He represents debtors and creditors, including businesses of all sizes, individuals, financial institutions, banks and utilities in all matters arising under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code. His practice has allowed him to represent clients in Texas, California, Delaware, New York and other states.
