Heather R. Starling

Heather R. Starling focuses her practice in the areas of landlord representation and civil litigation. Mrs. Starling provides advice and services to various public housing authorities, Section 8 housing providers, low income housing tax credit owners, multifamily dwelling properties, private property owners, and property management companies in such areas as: landlord/tenant matters; evictions; lease enforcement, drafting, negotiations and interpretation; management and staff training; and all associated aspects of state, federal, and HUD related laws, regulations, policies, and compliance.
